The bearded journey

Many of you probably remember Matt Harding and his dancing journey across the globe. But you might have missed German traveler Christoph Rehage.

In the documentary The Longest Way, he snapshots himself on a walking journey across China. But since he stays away from shaving, it’s a one year transform from normal man to Chewbacca.

For something closer to home, check out Henrik Wallgren’s journey south by foot. Starting out from Gothenburg a few days ago, he won’t stop walking until he encounters the spring. Hopefully it won’t take a year.
