Another great night in the dark basement of Plasticity. Pär threw on a perfect triple combo featuring “America” by Rammstein, “Electronaut” by VNV Nation and of course “Xfixiation” by Tactical Sekt. The Hellfire mix of Xfixiation is harsh aggrotech at its very finest and about as good as it gets when you’re in the mood to really move your feet.

Just returned from a play of Verdi’s old masterpiece Rigoletto at the Gothenburg Opera. The set was placed in quite a modern time-frame, thus abandoning the centuries-old settings. This made the title character a bit awkward in his role as the “court jester” to the prince.

As the first snow of the year settled on the unsuspecting drivers in rush traffic, I sat on the tram and happened to notice two girls in front of me who was playing with dolls. Well, action figures to be correct. They each had a figure of Elastigirl from The Incredibles, quite likely the sole survivor from a happy meal package.
