It’s alive!

The server maintenance took a while longer than originally planned since I ran into every single error known to man. I was actually quite amazed that so many components could cause so much trouble at the same time. The only thing that worked flawlessly was the power chord… Finally all cable gremlins and software spirits seems to be in place again. Sorry for the downtime.

Ten year anniversary

This site has now been online for ten years! Time flies. In 1994, when I took my first humble steps in the art of HTML, the tools were simple in my Solaris environment: Writing HTML in Emacs, hit “c-x c-s” and viewing the result in the Mosaic browser.
