This weekend I visited the last ever edition of Tinitus festival. The lineup was strong and the festival had been extended to two days. We defied the sunny spring weather of Stockholm and descended into the dark fog of Münchenbryggeriet for the 10th year edition of Tinitus.
Road trip across the American Southwest
"We drove along Route 6, Route 66 and Route 666. If there was a Route 6666, we must have missed that turn."
The dark days of Sarajevo
"The city survived on the edge of annihilation and has started to recover, but the stone walls still seem to cry out in lament of all the horrible things they have seen."
The urban maze of Tangier
"There are exciting things waiting around every corner and my bucket list is long, but the Medina has a mindset of its own regarding time and space."
Aliens in Nevada and New Mexico
"We turned around and went down another dirt road, past countless Joshua trees until our car was covered in dirt and we finally arrived at the Front Gate of Area 51."
Roaming in Valletta
"I passed the statue of Jean de Valette, the 49th Grand Master who laid the foundation stone to Valletta in 1566, to gaze at the golden interior of St. John’s Co-Cathedral, where he is buried in the crypt."
Conquering Machu Picchu
"A life-long dream came true this morning, as I stood upon the mountain looking down at Machu Picchu. I felt like some strange mix between Indiana Jones and a small boy, gazing down upon the final treasure of the Incas."
